The Body
A question about presence. How far, and for how long, can we remain together? This performance explores the relationship between humans and machines as they intervene in and depend on one another to sustain their existence. Time transforms the boundaries between them. What was once taken for granted is no longer taken for granted, and this shift redefines the way we perceive ourselves and the world around us. Changed relationships create new attitudes, and those attitudes, in turn, continue to reshape the relationships themselves. This performance does not attempt to represent death. Instead, it explores the direction of life, the fragility of the human condition, and the relationship between presence and existence.
What does it mean to exist in this very moment?
